What will I experience at Pure Counselling?

You will sit down in a comfortable home like setting with a Professional Counsellor for 50 minutes per session. It is up to you what you would like to discuss. The Counsellor will listen carefully to what you are saying and help you through your issues. This may take a few sessions to be able to assist you in the best way.

I am scared to share with a stranger.

Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential and comply with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) standards.

Trust: Placing trust in strangers in not a natural way of being, yet we do it almost daily without knowing it. Think about it; we place trust in the cooks at fast food outlets, the buyers at our local grocery stores, the nurse who takes your blood pressure, the plumber we let in our house.  We understand that trust is a huge concept, and you will be taking a a step of trust when you walk through our doors. We want you to feel safe and secure when at Pure Counselling in a trusting environment.

Do you really care about me?

Empathy: Pure Counselling staff are experienced counsellors. We are in the counselling field because we do care. Be assured that empathy is our number one gift that will be given to you in your session.
